21-Day / 55-Hour Return Policy Details
Seller provides a twenty one (21) calendar day return period beginning on the date of delivery and Buyer’s written acceptance. Return is unconditional, subject to the requirements below.
- Equipment must not exceed fifty five (55) additional operating hours beyond the documented hour reading at delivery
- Equipment must be returned in the same mechanical and cosmetic condition as delivered
- No new damage is permitted
- No misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or abnormal operating conditions are permitted
- All paperwork transferred to Buyer must be properly reassigned back to Seller
- Seller will arrange and pay for return transport
- If equipment satisfies the return conditions, Seller will issue a full refund of the purchase price
